John Mulcahy

John works with Fáilte Ireland, the Irish National Tourism Development Authority, where he is currently responsible for policy and operations in Food Tourism, Hospitality Education, and Tourist Accommodation Standards. His current key priorities include the roll out of the new “Irish Welcome” tourist accommodation standard, assisting tourism and hospitality employers to establish a culinary apprenticeship, and implementing the Food Tourism Activity Plan 2014 – 2016.
