Gary Granville

Gary Granville has recently retired from his position as Professor of Education at the National College of Art and Design, Dublin. He was formerly Assistant Chief Executive of the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NCCA). He has served as member of the Higher Education Authority and has been a member of specialist committees of the Teaching Council, NCCA and other national and international bodies. He is currently Chairman of the NCCA development group for Art, Craft and Design. He has worked on many international projects in Europe and Africa. His research interests and publications are in the fields of education policy, art and design education, curriculum and assessment policy and educational evaluation
