Dr Michael Hallissy

Michael is a founding partner of H2 Learning.  He has worked actively in the field of ICT and teaching, learning and assessment for over 20 years.  He has worked on three ICT strategies with the Department of Education and Skills since 1996 and is particularly interested in the how we can achieve meaningful ICT integration in schools.  He is also actively involved in designing new professional development materials for teachers so they can better develop their students’ key skills for today’s 21st Century.  His research interests are in areas such as ICT integration, online synchronous teaching and in developing teacher competences in the use of digital technologies.
